REINHARDT, Circuit Judge: The district court dismissed plaintiff's claim that her application for an automobile lease had been denied on the basis of sex or marital status in violation of the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA), 15 U.S.C. ร§ร§ 1691-1691f (1982). The sole issue on appeal is whether the ECOA applies to consumer leases. We hold that it does.
